手工餃子

現在市面上的餃子主要分兩大類：機器和手工包的餃子。機器包的餃子一般是以倒模型式，感覺比較生硬。有人手包的餃子，卻包含了人的感情、技術。嘉禾食品廠出品的餃子，由切菜、調味、打餡、包餃子、以及包裝都是人手完成。除了味道好，當中還包括了師傅的傳統技術和感情。雖說人手包的餃子每隻也差不多，但其實每一隻也是不一樣。

The dumplings on the market are mainly divided into two categories: machine-made dumplings and hand-made dumplings. Dumplings made by machines are usually by molding, which feels relatively robot-type. Dumplings made by human hands contain love and skills. The dumplings produced by Harvest Foods are hand-made dumplings. Other than the taste, it also has the traditional techniques. Each dumplings may looks the same, but actually each one is different.
