STEP ONE: Download the order form 2025-07_home_delivery_order_form_fillable, then email to us.
*Please note, the Excel form is fill-able and will automatically calculate the total for you.

STEP TWO: We will confirm your order either by phone or by email.  And will confirm the exact date and time for delivery.

STEP THREE: We deliver the product on scheduled date. Please make sure you have someone at home to receive the order.

Notes:
1) We will confirm your order either by phone or email.  Minimum order of $150 for free delivery. 
2) We accept E-Transfer, Credit Card or Cash prepaid.
3) In-Store discount is not available for all delivery order.
4) The free delivery covers Vancouver Downtown, City of Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.
     *All other areas please contact us for details.
5) Please ensure someone is home during the delivery time, there is 15% service charge if unsuccessful attempt of delivery.

Please contact us by email with your order and postal code. Then we will get the shipping estimate for you. According to our experience, a package within 10lbs is approximately $20-30 shipping and handling fee to Alberta. $40-50 to Ontario. Shipping by Canada Post Regular Parcel, which will take 7-14 business days.

1) We will confirm your order either by email only.   
2) We accept E-Transfer, Credit or Debit online payment.
3) In-Store discount is not available for all delivery order.
4) We will use bubble wrap for protection, but due to the fragile nature of noodles, we cannot guarantee that there will be no breakage during shipping. By placing the order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
5) We cannot ship the frozen items
6) You could arrange your own carrier to pick up​
